What Is EFT?

EFT is a meridian based therapy that is very effective for eliminating phobias, clearing traumas, overcoming anxieties and managing stress.  It is a very simple technique that uses tapping of acupressure points while repeating certain phrases to reprogram the energy patterns in your body.  This non-invasive technique is unusually fast acting and long lasting without the use of drugs or hypnosis. 

EFT is based on the theory that "The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system."  It was developed by Gary Craig, an ordained minister and personal performance coach.
